The first game my dad took me to was at Leeds Road, Huddersfield, it was in the early 60's, I was 6 and I remember standing in the paddock next to the players tunnel, when the stand went all seating we started standing near the half way line in the long terrace opposite to where the players came out, those were the days when you could stand next to the visiting fans.
This was when all fans stood together, my dad took me to many away games and my job was to look for the floodlights, we followed Town all over the country.
I lost both my parents to dementia and that is why I will be wearing my P4P3 shirt today as I did the bike ride in memory of them as it was them that got me interested in Huddersfield Town.
