The Newcastle goal I remember most vividly was unusual, a Wyn Davies shot from about 20 yards out that cannoned back off the opposition crossbar to met be met with Pop Robson diving horizontally, like a torpedo, to head it in from the 18 yard line. I've never seen a goal like it in all the years I've watched football since. If anyone also remembers it I'd be grateful to know who it was against
