I know this is an obvious memory but it has to be the Auto Windscreens Shield game at Wembley Stadium in 1998.
Having supported Grimsby Town since 1961 I never thought I would see my team at the Twin Towers. A wonderful occasion and the whole of the town seemed to be there. In fact I have a photo of a banner on the Laceby by-pass that says "Will the last one out of town please switch off the lights"!!
A wonderful day and the icing on the cake was we won. Truly memorable.
