Emmanuel Amadi: 2014 F.A. Cup Final, Arsenal v. Hull City

My favourite sporting memory is when Aaron Ramsey scored the winning goal for Arsenal in the FA Cup Final 2014.

Emmanuel Amadi

Aaron Ramsey scored the winner in extra time after Arsenal had recovered from being two goals behind after 8 minutes

On Sunday 22 June, exactly 200 years to the day since the first match on the Ground in 1814, the MCC will play the opposition on that day, Hertfordshire. In celebration, MCC will throw open its doors to local people and invite them in to see behind the scenes and partake in a range of activities at Lord's. West Indies legend Brian Lara will be the star attraction at Lord’s.

The Sporting Memories Network are thrilled to be involved in such a prestigious occasion. Leading up to the game, we will be collecting memories of MCC members, players and fans who have experienced playing or watching the game at the Home of Cricket. Memories can be from any era and will be used in future cricket and sporting memories groups we will be establishing in partnership with the MCC.
